  I got there close to 1 pm so the dinner rush should have been off. Food took some time to come as i had the sampler platter with coleslaw. I sat at the bar as I was by myself and i hate taking a 4 top up just for me. the food was good but i feel it was more due to the sauces than the meat. The brisket was tough like over done roast beef. The pulled pork with the sauce was amazing but when i got to yhe non sauced pieces it was very dry. The ribs were good however they use baby back ribs which don't have a lot of meat on the. but if i could have got a bottle of that sauce let me say WoW!!! the sauce made those ribs sing. Now i know im a bit of a bbq snob as we have toured the eastern USA side known for BBQ. And i have learned a lot myself as a pit guy but im no master yet. But for some real tasty bbq this place will get you through you withdrall and just ask for some extra sauce.
