  This company is a JOKE! Very unprofessional & Ken (don't know what he does) was extremely disrespectful to me. I have had bad experiences using their water softener from 1 year & now Ken goes up & beyond to make our experience horrible! Wow! Unapologetic workers. Mark, Thank you for responding to my review. I will provide you my side of the story by editing this review. You might be in this business for a long time. I have the right to share our experience. You made an incorrect statement. Your water softener was not always working fine & I would ask you to kindly check the work order history - the work order history does not lie. I complained 4 times since we started doing business with RainSoft since June 2015, Leonard came to check the machine all 4 times. The water was not soft according to the test Leo performed at our house - the first time Leo changed the settings of the unit, the second time Leo changed the head of the unit (I don't know the technical word), the third time you decided to change the entire unit, 4th time was unit was functioning fine, however Leo helped us change the setting to our needs. We were satisfied after that. We appreciate the service Leo provided us during this visit. I hope your other people does not get treated the way we did. Goodbye.

  Professional and knowledgeable with customized services built around the client. I was also treated to a tour of the back rooms: very clean and organized. Rainsoft also recycles the old equipment it replaces, and is involved in community projects and charitable work. Great to have this team as part of our community.
