  I Was just at this location on 12/1/16 @ 12:40pm (919 Albert st in the plaza opposite Tim Hortons @ the corner of Albert st and 4th ave) to pickup lunch for myself and pregnant wife and had an experience at this location I never thought possible because normally everyone there is super friendly. I ordered 3 subs and told the guy behind the counter what types I wanted. He then proceeded to put together the 1st sub with meat and cheese and moved right over to adding the toppings. I thought they would normally make them all at the same time but this guy didn't. After asking/adding the toppings I wanted he gave me crap for the way/order in which I named the toppings I wanted off. He then proceeded to ring me up without making the rest of my order, I then reminded him of the 2 other subs I wanted only for him to get both visibly and verbally upset. We then went back to the beginning of the line where he started to making the rest of my order. While he was making the 2 subs he would pickup the meat/cheese and literally slam the ingredients down onto the bread. When I asked about the amount of one of the meats he put into the bread (it was 1 piece of roast beef for a 12 inch sub he had ripped in half from the stack he grabbed) where he then told me that that's how it is take it or leave it! By this time I had had enough of his attitude and disrespectful talk, he spoke to me like I made all the mistakes and that I should be great full that he's serving me and making the rest of my initial order. I left without my order and I don't think I'll ever visit this location again.
