  Greatest Vietnamese I've ever had and I've been to a good number. Great portions of vermicelli that are great tasting. Hours may still be a bit wonky (closed in late afternoon) but worth the hassle.

  Customer service goes a long way and phone manners help. No matter how good the food is, I will never order from them again just on these two reasons. Answering the phone and asking someone to hold and then putting them on hold immediately is rude, don't ask a question if you are not going to even care what the answer is, and two, I am paying for you to stay in business when I choose to order your food, so a please and thank you shows appreciation for my patronage, not too much to ask.

  Terrible pho unless you like straight up hot water and star anise flavour (black liquorice) and that's it. No bean sprouts or mint leaf either. When I asked for Thai iced tea she looked at me like I was an idiot.
