- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Rating at just average. Portion sizes are small to moderate. Fries came cold but the waitress was quick to replace it with new fresh and hot fries. - ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆The quality of the food, once quite good, has declined. It doesn't warrant the over-pricing. The pop was flat and syrupy. We sent it back and got water. The Caesar salad used to be one of the better ones in Regina. Now it's drenched in dressing and the lettuce is not the least bit crisp. Our last two visits will be our last.By Corbin A.
