  Carzy busy after a Rider game but still great service as fast as possible

  Food was actually good. Service was not very efficient. Seen my special made burger put on one tray and served to someone else only to be returned to the heat lamp until the rest of my family's order was ready. Not a big deal to me usually, but it ended up cold in the end

  Poor customer service! Our family visited May 7 2017 mid afternoon. Staff were not upfront with us that the restaurant had completely run out of crispy chicken, all salads, French fries and had no kids meal toys. The restaurant was nearly empty and yet we waited over 20 min for our food. The food quality was poor Not what we ordered. Patrons were complaining about the service and some were walking out. I noticed the drive through had patrons backed up waiting for their orders as well. I was alarmed to watch a young employee in uniform walking around the kitchen past the grills and fryers with his straggly long hair flowing loosely past his armpits. The washroom did not have any paper towel to dry our hands. This is the worst MacDonald's I have visited and will not be back.

  Unfortunately it was after a Rider game but that should not be used as an excuse. The men's washroom was terrible for cleanliness, we waited 30 minutes for our food of which the fillet was cold, there was no napkins in our bag and they didn't give a cup for the one pop on our order and by that point it wasn't worth going back to get one. I would have given 1 star but I do not like the word hate...just really disappointed.

  I would rather deal with customer service than a machine. Very disappointed. I can not eat the sausage MC muffins they are hard as a rock. The evening is much more pleasant. The food is much more manageable. When dealing with customer service they are absolutely wonderful. They seem friendly and when orders are wrong they are fixed promptly.
