  Waitress spills a container of ketchup that hits the floor and splashes all over me, my wife, our jackets, everywhere. I'm covered in it. When the manager finally came over she offered to pay dry cleaning if we brought her a bill. Dry cleaning? For t-shirt and jeans and a hoodie? I'm going to wash these at home. The least she could have offered was a discount on the night or dessert but nope. Offer something that isn't going to happen so that your restaurant gets away with doing nothing. Poor customer service. Moxie's used to care more for their customers than this. $200 bill before tip tonight (which was still left because the kitchen did a great job) and I've got wash to do tonight before these stains set in. Thanks for nothing.
