Busy awkward parking lot but good service

Horrible customer service. I waited in the drive through line for 15 minutes for my double double coffee and after I drove away with it and I saw its just a black coffee. I went back to the Tim Hortons and realised that now I have to wait another 20 minutes to get my issue addressed to them. Drive through which is a convinience option for everybody out there was made so much of inconvenience for me. I hope that manager and staff will take better care when they serve customers here after.

Connected to a Shell Gas Station, so I can fuel up after I fuel up. Nice service, and double-double's.
