  This is a great Tims! My husband and I went through the drive-through and I had ordered a cafe mocha, when I got it I realized it didn't have whipped cream on it so we turned around and I went in to complain. They told me in the store that they 'don't do that anymore' but the store supervisor was standing right there and told an employee to put whipped cream on it and she gave me a card for a free coffee!! I wish I would have thought to remember the supervisor's name because she was very accomodating. Afterwards I thought I would double check to see if they didn't put whipped cream on their mochas anymore and sure enough on the website they have removed a picture of the mocha with the whipped cream!! I felt bad about complaining and was going to take the free coffee card back but decided to pay it forward and I gave it to someone who needed it more than I did! I would have given the store 5/5 but they got our timbit order wrong, all in all great experience and I will definitely be coming back!
