- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Had a Bison Burger as a take out and it had a piece of bone in the paddy. Called the Straw and was told to wait. Waited on hold for over 15 min and gave up. Staff not prepared to deal with an issue with take out food. Pizza is good, but burgers are dangerous. Staff were not helpful. I will have to complain in person as over the phone customer service does not exist.By Guy D, October 04, 2016
