  Coffee is great. The manager really needs to increase the staff in anticipation of higher traffic. As an example, during Christmas Eve you rolled with a 4-5 person crew, you had a lineup nearly out the door and it took nearly 30 min for a specialty drink. This reflects very poorly on the manager as well as the business with regards to customer service and employee support. You need to do better.

  Drinks are made ok but i had the worst experience with one of their staff. Very unfriendly and rude. I asked for a vbf with caramel drizzle but the guy put caramel syrup instead i told him politely since the order taker was new and wrote my order wrong but all he did was take the drink and put the caramel drizzle on top but the taste is different so i asked another employee because it tastes like caramel instead of a vanilla bean and she said ok we'll change it for u but the guy rudely threw the drink in the garbage. Very disappointing!!!

  The coffee is OK but not worth as much as they are asking. The ambience is OK unless too many customers are present. I like the fact that you can shop or browse for books at Chapters while you are there.

  Staff is fast and friendly. Shop is clean. The coffee is a nice treat to go with the new book you're getting at the attached Chapters.
